Magnus Olausson takes over as the new CEO of Bitlog, while founder Fred Boström continues as a product evangelist
Stockholm — January 17, 2025. Bitlog, a prominent supplier in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) sector, announces that Magnus Olausson will assume the role of CEO on March 1. Magnus succeeds the company's founder, Fred Boström, who will focus more on the product and key clients.
Magnus, on the left, will take on the role of CEO at Bitlog on March 1. The current CEO, Fred Boström, on the right, will continue with the company as a product evangelist.
Magnus Olausson has extensive experience in building and leading successful tech companies. During his ten years as COO at Quinyx, he played a crucial role in the company's growth journey—ARR increased tenfold, and the number of markets expanded from 2 to 10. Prior to that, Magnus was involved in developing Spotify from 2008 to 2014 in several leadership roles, which contributes to his solid expertise in scaling innovative businesses.

Under Fred Boström's leadership, Bitlog has become a key player in the Nordic WMS sector, and his continued involvement ensures that essential knowledge, connections, and product vision remain within the company.
